Payment and Refunds

Payment is taken from the card upon submission of the booking, and bookings are not confirmed until payment is completed.

MegaZip Adventure Park operates a no-refunds policy for all cancellations and non-attendances. All bookings are final and tickets are valid for one month from date of purchase.

Legal Disclaimer

In consideration of being permitted to participate in ClimbMax, MegaZip, ParaJump and/or NorthFace (each referred to as an 'Activity' and jointly 'Activities') conducted by you, your respective employees, officers or agents, I*, the undersigned, on behalf of myself*, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and next of kin do hereby release you, your related corporations, employees, officers and agents from all liability for any claim or damages resulting therefrom on account of injury to my person or property, even injury resulting in my death or permanent disability, while I am participating in the Activities.

I acknowledge that I have been advised by you as follows:

• The Activities are conducted at height in the outdoors and therefore have inherent risk.
• When established safety procedures are not followed there are dangers, and the potential exist for a serious or fatal injury (whether to me or to others). I am aware of and accept these risks and I am responsible for my own actions. I understand that I can maximize my safety by following specific safety rules and procedures.

I agree and undertake:

• to carry out all activities only in accordance with specific safety instructions; both written and given orally by instructors; and
• to wear, and not to tamper with, any and all safety or protective equipment, and harnesses provided by you, in accordance with safety instructions.

I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety, the safety of other participants, staff and observers, and the safety and security of my possessions for the entirety of my time at MegaZip Adventure Park.

In the unlikely event of an accident, I acknowledge that you will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to death or personal injury, and damage to property. This excludes claims arising directly from any loss or damage caused by gross negligence of your employees, servants or agents.

I acknowledge the physical and mental nature of the Activities that I am to participate in and I warrant that I am physically and mentally fit and freely and voluntarily accept all risks relating to my participation in the Activities. There is no medical reason why I cannot take part in any of the Activities and I have taken every possible precaution to negate any complications that may arise from any non-debilitating medical condition/s that may pose a risk to myself or those around me, including but not limited to asthma, epileptic fits and other nervous illness, spinal conditions, heart complaints, the wearing and operation of any electronic pace maker (or similar equipment), or any sight or hearing defects or problems.

I am not pregnant and understand that the Activities are unsuitable for pregnant women and those whose weights fall outside the range of 30kg -140kg.

I have read and acknowledged all safety instructions including the 'MegaZip Adventure Park Activity Terms and Conditions' and fully understand and accept such terms and conditions of use and participation.

I agree that this release, waiver and indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Singapore and if any part hereof is held invalid it is acknowledged and agreed that the balance hereof, remains effective.

I acknowledge that I am executing this release, waiver and indemnity of my own free will and as a precondition to your allowing me to participate in the Activities.

I declare that I am not under the care of a physician or other person qualified to give medical assistance nor am I under the influence of alcohol or controlled narcotics, nor taking any medication or substance for treatment of any physical or mental condition.

I agree that, without further consideration or compensation, to the use (full or in part) of all videotapes, photos and recordings taken of me and/or recordings made of my voice and/or written extraction, in whole or in part, of such recordings or musical performance for the purposes of illustration, broadcast, or distribution in any manner.

* Where a participant is under 18 years of age, the signature of a parent or guardian above the age of 18 years is required.

* In the case of participants under 18 years of age, this applies to the participant.
