At MegaZip Adventure Park, your safety is our first priority.

At MegaZip Adventure Park, we strive to ensure each and every guest has an enjoyable and (even more importantly) a safe time.  We have undergone a thorough and strenuous approval process here in Singapore, adhering to the Singapore ARSA 2011 (Amusement Ride Safety Act licensed by BCA) and complying with numerous industry norms including ASTM F21 suite of standards, BSEN13814, EN15567 and BSEN4309.

All of our equipment is sourced from reputable suppliers located all over the world - Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, USA and New Zealand.

All adventurers at the Park are securely fitted into a full body "Singing Rock" harness - one which is specifically designed for climbing courses such as ours!

This harness is attached to a continuous safety wire that follows a path around each level of the ClimbMax course.  This means no "clipping on" and "clipping off" at any stage of the experience.  The safety wire ensures that should an adventurer fall whilst completing the obstacle, the fall is limited to a matter of inches.  The adventurer can sit comfortably in their harness for as long as required until they are ready to get back on track.  We use the Swiss "SafeRoller" as our continuous belay system.

The same harness is attached to our safety equipment for NorthFace (American TrueBLUE auto belay devices) and ParaJump (UK PowerFan), and connected to the ZipR (Australian design) for MegaZip.

Megazip Adventure Park employs fully trained ride experts who ensure that guests are harnessed correctly, fully briefed on the safety elements of the Park to ensure a safe and thrilling time.

For peace of mind, rescue systems are in place and can be used if the Park Manager deems them necessary. You can never get stuck - we can rescue you from anywhere on the Park - but these systems are a last resort and we far prefer to see the smiles that come from completing the challenges.

Of course, after we have ensured the safest conditions possible, remember safety is something that happens between your ears, not something you hold in your hands.
