OPERATIONS: MegaZip Adventure Park Instructor
An exciting adventure attraction on Sentosa Island requires staff with very special qualities.
Candidates will be working on Mount Imbiah, in the only Nature Reserve to host a tourist attraction on Sentosa Island, and on Siloso Beach, a busy tourist spot bursting with activity.
To join the team, specific qualities are vital. Above all, candidates must be happy, energetic, responsible and confident.
Working in a highly disciplined but fun-loving team, there will be a broad range of work experience. Good communication skills are essential. As there is a perceived level of risk, staff members will put customers at their ease. The work includes reception, briefing and escorting customers, ticketing and cash management, safety briefing, safe zip wire dispatch and exit procedures.
This is a great job for people who enjoy the outdoors, want to learn about adventure sport supervision and are fit, extroverted and ambitious. Candidates will need to be robust and resilient and prepared to put in long hours including weekends and public holidays on a regular basis. In return we offer a great experience.
OPERATIONS: Ticketing Staff
MegaZip requires happy, energetic, responsible, confidant people to perform ticketing operations at Siloso Beach and Imbiah Hill on Sentosa. Good communication skills are essential. Candidates will need to be robust and resilient and prepared to put in long hours including weekends and public holidays on a regular basis. In return we offer a great experience.
- Strong command in English
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- An interest and enthusiasm for working outdoors
- Customer service oriented; pleasant, courteous disposition
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Working hours: shift work between 10am to 10pm
- Previous knowledge of cashiering system is an advantage
OPERATIONS: MegaZip Buggy Drivers
A attraction on Sentosa requires part time drivers for their buggy service.
To join the team, specific qualities are vital. Above all, candidates must be happy, energetic, responsible and confident. Working in a highly disciplined but fun loving team, there will be a broad range of work experience. Good communication skills are essential.
A valid Singaporean driving licence is a must, as are great customer service skills.

Staff Recruitment Day
As part of the MegaZip Adventure Park Operational recruitment process to identify great staff, we hold open mornings when we invite applicants to the park to try out a number of the activities and get a chance to see the park and what it is all about.
These will require the applicants to undertake physical and mental challenges and they should come dressed accordingly. More details will be sent to applicants nearer the time.
