FAQs

Is it safe?

At MegaZip Adventure Park, your safety is our first priority.

We have sourced the best safety equipment from all over the world, we work to stringest national and international safety standards and our expert crew who will instantly make you feel at ease. Click here to find our more about safety at MegaZip Adventure Park.

Are there any height or weight limits on ClimbMax?

The height to securely fit into one of our harnesses is 70 cm, and the maximum weight is 120 kg.

The minimum height to reach the obstacles is 120 cm.

Click here to see a chart of the requirements for the attractions.

How much does ClimbMax cost?

An individual level of ClimbMax is $24 per person, and you can add on extra level for only $15 per level.

There are great discounts to be had if you purchase other activities at the same time.

See our Pricing section for more information.

Is ClimbMax suitable for children?

Children love ClimbMax and are often the most confidant and fastest adventurers.

ClimbMax requires an element of bravery, and children over 8 years old can normally complete it.

The design of the course is such that children less than 120 cm are unable to reach the obstacles. Again, our safety equipment means the weight limit is 120 kg.

Are the activities suitable for everyone?

We have designed the park to be fun and challenging for everyone!

There are some limitations on each activity which can be found on their individual pages, but generally if you're over 8 years old and under 120kg, you can do anything.

If you are concerned about your fitness level, then we recommend Megazip and Parajump which require leaps of faith, not ability!

For those who prefer a physical activity, ClimbMax and NorthFace provide varying degrees of difficulty - and frequent opportunities to pause and catch your breath if needs be.

Click here to see a chart of the requirements for the attractions.

But I'm scared of heights!

High ropes courses, zip lines, leaping off buildings, climbing walls... they're all a great way of getting over a fear of heights, called acrophobia.

The old adage of "face your fears" is very true, and once you've conquered ClimbMax and MegaZip many people leave their fear behind.

We will never make you do anything you don't want to, but the sense of achievement leaves ex-acrophobiacs beaming from ear-to-ear.

How long does it take?

Once you've arrived and been given your wristbands, the briefing and harnessing takes about 20 minutes. Then you can start having fun!

ClimbMax is the longest adventure and should require 15 to 45 minutes per session - largely dependent on fitness, ability and water breaks!

NorthFace is sold in 20 minute slots, but people can often reach the top in less than 5 minutes.

MegaZip and ParaJump are fast and furious, but you may need to queue up for the signature events during peak times. We strive to provide an efficient and fast moving adventure, but with all things extreme, the person in front of you may need a moment!

At busy periods, there are likely to be queues for our popular attractions. Our busy periods are weekends and school holidays, and our most popular attraction is MegaZip. For more information on waiting times, please click here.

How can I get up to MegaZip Adventure Park?

MegaZip is on Imbiah Hill.

If you are at Imbiah, you can walk up the hill - it's only a few hundred metres.

If you don't fancy the walk, or are on Siloso Beach anyway, there is a buggy service to take you to the top of the hill from our Siloso Beach ticketing counter for $2, or free if you buy a Combo or Super Combo package.

See our map for more information.

What should I wear?

For all of our adventures we recommend you wear appropriate sportswear. You are encouraged to cover your shoulders, waist and thighs to minimize any discomfort from the harness.

ClimbMax, ParaJump and NorthFace require shoes with covered toes, but you can MegaZip with anything - or nothing - on your feet.

If you come in the wrong clothes, we can provide you with Crocs or shorts, so don't worry too much, but don't forget the sunscreen!

What happens if there is bad weather?

The Megazip Adventure Park operates in rain or sunshine. If extreme weather poses a safety risk, the Park will cease operations until conditions improve.

Our safety equipment is the best available and even senses approaching storms and lightning.

If you've had to cut your adventure unreasonably short then we can arrange a time for you to come back again, conditions may apply.

Corporate and Group bookings will be weather dependent.

As always, we endeavour to make your experience the most fun it can be!

When are you open?

Daily

11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Find out more on our Opening Times page.

Where can I put my belongings?

We are able to store your belongings on the site whilst you partake in the activities. If you are finishing with a MegaZip, we will bring your belongings down to the beach to meet you to save you coming back up the hill.

You are encouraged to keep your valuables, wallets and purses on you at all times. We will provide a bag to secure to your harness for your valuables if you don't have pockets.

Megazip Adventure Park can take no responsibility for personal items left at the site or in our possession.

Can I bring my camera or camcorder?

Absolutely! Take as many photos and videos as you can and we'll use the great ones on our website if you send them to us on YouTube, Facebook or Twitter!

Your cameras and camcorders must be secured to you, and are your responsibility at all times.

We have a photo taking service on MegaZip so you can take away a fantastic action-shot souvenir of your experience.

I have another question.
